La pareja tuvo a su primera hija, Oakley Ray Dillon en 2017. Kapton es la segunda adición a la familia Dillon este año, luego de que Austin, el hermano de Ty y su esposa Whitney celebraran el nacimiento de Ace.
Ty Dillon arrancó en el puesto 25 de la Xfinity 500 en el Martinsville Speedway.
