Damn my dude got his own day. That‘s awesome. He‘s one of the most successful drivers ever, and through all that he remained kind and approachable. When you are on top, it can be easy to look down on everyone else. Jimmie never did that. One of my favorite people. https://t.co/sDa8eab5o0

In late 2015, I was filling in on the 20 Cup car in Texas and I was parked next to @JimmieJohnson in the garage. He came over and offered up some advice on getting around the track, and he shared some things that I could work on with my own driving style. #JJDay @NASCAR pic.twitter.com/HlU4rKmI2C

Here‘s a tiny snippet of a conversation we shot for the NASCAR ALL IN show, but unfortunately didn‘t make the show. It was 45 minutes straight of awesome stories. Happy @JimmieJohnson day ud83cudf7b pic.twitter.com/55IEEjy2Xl

Pretty special to race against this guy in his last year. Been watching him win races since I was a little kid! One of the nicest guys to talk to in the garage. Looking forward to racing him some more! Happy #JJDay! pic.twitter.com/h0exzl2zhI

.@JimmieJohson‘s belief in me to be his standby driver back in 2010 allowed others to believe in me. He‘s just a genuine, great guy. Happy to celebrate #JJday. pic.twitter.com/IhCZmw5ri5

I have always admired Athletes-Drivers that are good inside and outside of the racetrack. @JimmieJohnson has put the bar pretty high for everyone and that‘s amazing! Always willing to help, give advice, answer the phone… proud to call him a friend.#JJDay #NASCAR pic.twitter.com/7kqlbEMZDM

Cool video.. A lot of good people in the video, but all honoring one of the best humans I‘ve ever met. Some will remember what he did on the track, but the whole garage will remember the person he was off the track.. #JJDay https://t.co/yxUz8oq2Cf

Hands down the favorite @JimmieJohnson I‘ve ever witnessed – before the 2016 night race at @BMSupdates, he helps young Lydia through the Pledge Of Allegiance. FRIGGIN‘ JIMMIE, MAN. #JJDAY #NASCAR pic.twitter.com/HFSTr8xZAW

Did you know? The very first #NASCAR vehicle @JimmieJohnson drove was for our very own team owners, Tad and Jodi Geschickter!
More than 20 years ago, he hopped in the @Kingsford No. 59 car at @LucasOilRaceway in the @kroger 200, and the rest is history. #JJDay pic.twitter.com/sFrS5CmsIa
